Information we collect
Account details (name, email, phone), pet profile data, scan events, and optional location shares from finders who consent.
How we use it
To operate pet profiles, lost mode, notifications, reseller operations, and customer support. Scan alerts may be sent by email when enabled.
Sharing
Public scan pages show only fields you enable. We do not sell personal data. Partners see only data required for sales they process.
Security
Printed tags use unguessable scan tokens. Sequential PetID codes alone cannot open a public profile.
Your choices
You can update profile visibility, contacts, and alert preferences anytime in the owner portal. To request account deletion, use our contact form.
